Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We unfortunately don't accept returns for change of mind.  We will do an even exchange of a new candle scent if you pay for all shipping charges incurred.  

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at gettergraphics@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us at gettergraphics@outlook.commmediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
