Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days or 5 business days during peak seasons (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
*SUMMER SHIPPING* Summer shipping is from mid-April through the end of October. During this time frame, we will only be shipping wax products Monday through Wednesday to avoid having your package sitting in a hot warehouse over the weekend and potentially melting. We want your package to arrive to you in as close to perfect condition as possible! Thank you for understanding.
International Shipping
We don't offer international shipping currently.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Please ensure that you double check you have entered the correct details before you check out. We would hate for your purchase to end up at the wrong address, and we will not be held liable for any deliveries that aren't received due to the wrong information being provided.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at gettergraphics.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We unfortunately don't accept returns for change of mind. We will do an even exchange of a new candle scent if you pay for all shipping charges incurred.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at gettergraphics@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
